Cycles and Cycle Hire

Please note that space for bicycles on trains is extremely limited. For full details (including fares) enquire at staffed stations or telephone one of the 'Train Information' numbers shown above.

However, Cycle Hire facilities are available in a number of small towns (Barnstaple station has a particularly good one - open April - October) throughout the two counties and also near the cycle routes mentioned. Enquire at local Tourist Information Centres for further details.
